Heyy matee..!!

here's your answer..!!

Let the two number be x and y.

x + y = 5----(1)

x-y =3-----(2)

On adding equation we get:

x + y = 5

x-y= 3

----------------------------------------------------

2x=8

x=8/2=4

Substituting the value of x in equation (1), we get:

4+y=5

y=5-4

y=1

THEREFORE, X= 4 and Y= 1, these are the two numbers.

Let the two numbers be x and y.

x+y=5 ----- (1)

x−y=3 ----- (2)

Adding equation (1) and (2), we get

x+y=5

x−y=3

_________

2x = 8

x =  \dfrac{8}{2}

x=4

Substituting the value x in equation (1), we get

4+y=5

y=5−4

y=1

Therefore,

x=4 and y=1

Hence,

the two numbers are 4 and 1.
