Let the required two numbers are X & Y

by the first condition we have,

x + y = 63

by the 2nd condition

x - y = 5

by adding both equation we get

x + y + x - y = 63+5

2x = 68

x = 34

putting x = 34 in equation we get,

x + y = 63

34 +y = 63

y = 63-34

Y = 29
