Answer:-

Let the numbers be a and b

ATQ

\\ \sf\longmapsto a+b=67\dots(1)

\\ \sf\longmapsto a-b=15\dots(2)

Adding both

\\ \sf\longmapsto 2a=82

\\ \sf\longmapsto a=\dfrac{82}{2}

\\ \sf\longmapsto a=41

Putting in eq(1)

\\ \sf\longmapsto 41+b=67

\\ \sf\longmapsto b=67-41

\\ \sf\longmapsto b=26

  • The numbers are 41 and 26.

Answer:

let the numbers be x and y

according to the question

x + y = 67

x - y = 15

so, x + y + x - y = 67 + 15

2x = 82

x = 82/2

x = 41

so, y = 67 - 41

= 26

The numbers are 41 and 26
