ATQ.

x+y=75 ...(i)×2. Multiplying by 2

3x=2y

3x-2y=0 ...(ii)

Adding the eqns. i and ii:

2x+2y=150

+ 3x-2y=0

5x=150

:.x=30

Substituting the value of x in eq. i

30+y=75

:.y=75-30=45

Thus nos. are 30 & 45
