so, according to the question.

x = 15+y

and x + y = 95

so x = 95 - y

but x is also equal to 15 + y

so putting this value in the equation

15 + y = 95 - y

y + y = 95 - 15

2y = 80

y = 40

so to find the other number

x = 15 + y

x = 15 + 40 = 55

so, the number are

55 and 40
