in 2eq we can write it like that also=x+y=10/3..eq3

so in add both the eq.s

2x+2y=25+10/3

2(x+y)=75+10/3

x+y=75+10/3×2

x+y=75+10/6

x+y=25+5

x+y=30

x=30-y

NOW PUT THE VALUE OF X IN eq.1

So it becomes,

30-y+y=25

30+0y=25

30+0=25/y

30=25/y

30y=25

y=25/30

y=5/6

now put the value of y in ep.3

so it becomes

x+y=10/3

x+5/6=10/3

x=10/3-5/6

x=20/6-5/6

x=15/6

x=5/2

so y=5/6 and x=5/2
