Let the odd numbers are :---X and Y

according the sum,

X + Y = 80......(1)

X-Y= 6 (2)

here we subtract (1)-(2)

X+ Y = 80

X-Y = 6

-------------------

2X = 74

there X = 74/2= 37

putting the value of X in equation (1), we get:--

X+ Y = 80

37 +Y = 80

Y = 80-37 = 43

Ans: two odd numbers are, 37 and 43,
