HERE'S THE ANSWER...

_____________________________

♠️ Let those two numbers be ( x ) and ( y )

⏺️ Sum of two positive no. is 4

=> x + y = 4 _______( 1 )

⏺️ sum of ther square is 28

=>( x )^2 + ( y )^2 = 28___( 2 )

♠️ Squaring both sides in eqn ( 1 )

=> ( x + y )^2 = ( 4 )^2

=> ( x )^2 + ( y )^2 + 2 x y = 16

⏺️ Putting value of ( x )^2 + ( y )^2

=> 28 + 2 x y = 16

=> 2 x y = - 12

=> [ x y = - 6 ] ______ ( 3 )

♠️ According to Eqn 3 either x or y has to be negative , in question it is given x and y are positive , no solution .
