Let one rational number be x .
ATQ,
-12/5 + x = -3
x = -3 - ( -12/5 )
x = -3/1 - (-12/5 )
x = (-15) - (-12) /5. (Lcm of 1 and 5 is 5)
x = 15-12/5
x = -3/5
Hence , The other rational number is -3/5
