Let the other rational number be 'a'.

According to the given condition,

a+(-10/3)= -3

a-10/3= -3

a= -3+10/3

Taking the LCM of 1 and 3,

a= -9+10/3

a= 1/3

Thus, the rational number is 1/3

it's numerator= 1
