Solution :

Sum of two rational number = (-4/5)

First number = (-17/20)

Other number x = (-17/20) - (-4/5)

Here, LCM of denominators 20 & 5 = 20

So, (-17 × 1/ 20×1) = (-17/20)

(-4 × 4/ 5×4) = (-16/20)

Hence, (-17 - {-16}/ 20) = (-17 + 16/20) = (-1/20)

Thus, the other number is (-1/20)
