Let one rational number be x

Then as per the condition,

=> x + (-4) = -11/5

=> x - 4 = -11/5

=> x = -11/5 + 4

=> x = -11 + 20 / 5 [ taking the L.C.M of 4 and 1]

=> x = 9/5

: . The other number is 9/5

I hope it helps : )
