HERE'S YOUR ANSWER FRIEND,

GIVEN : SUM OF TWO RATIONAL NUMBERS IS -5 .

ONE OF THE RATIONAL NUMBER IS -13/6

LET OTHER RATIONAL NUMBER BE x.

==> x + (-13/6) = -5 .

==> x = -5 + 13/6

==> x = (-30 + 13)/6

==> x = -17/6

IS THE REQUIRED ANSWER.

HOPE YOU HAVE GOT IT.
