Given:

           The sum of   two rational no. = -95/72

            One of them = -4/9

   _____________________________________________

                        Then the second rational no. = Let be 'x'

         Therefore ,

                               1st rational no. + 2nd rational no.= -95/72

                               => -4/9 + x= -95/7

                              => x= -95/7 +4/9

                              => x= -827/63 - answer
