x+(-4/9)=-95/72

=x-4/9=-95/72

=x=-95/72+4/9

=x=-95+32/72(LCM of 72&9 is 72)

=x=-63/72

OR

Answer:

the other rational number is

 \frac{ - 95}{72}  -  \frac{ - 4}{9}  =  \frac{ - 95 +  32}{72}  =  - \frac{  63}{72}

so -7/8 is the answer

hope it helps
