Let the other number be x.

According to question,

  \sf  \to\dfrac{ - 7}{12}  + x = \dfrac{ - 11}{36}

 \sf \to \: x =  \dfrac{ - 11}{36}  +  \dfrac{7}{12}

 \sf \to \: x =  \dfrac{ - 132 + 252}{432}

 \sf \to \: x =  \dfrac{120}{432}
