Solution :

Let the another number is x

ATQ,

= $\dfrac {-7}{11} + x = \dfrac {-13}{33}$

= x = $\dfrac {-13}{33} + \dfrac {7}{11}$

= x = $\dfrac {-13+21}{33}$

= x = $\dfrac {8}{33}$

The another number is 8/33 respectively!
