The sum of two rational numbers is - 3/7. If one of the number is - 5/8,Find the other.

sum of two rational no.= -3/7
one of the no.= -5/8
therefore,
another= -3/7-(-5/8)       
            =-3/7+5/8         (LCM=56)
           = -24+35/56
            =11/56 ANSWER
now,
-5/8+11/56
= -35/56+11/56   (LCM=56)
= -24/56
= -3/7
