ATQ :

Sum of numbers = -3 / 8

$\frac{7 }{ 16} + x = \frac{-3}{ 8}$

$x = \frac{-3}{ 8} -\frac{ 7} { 16}$

$x =\frac{-6-7}{16}\\ \\x=\frac{-13}{16}$

Verification :

$\frac{7}{16} +\frac{-13}{16}\\\\= \frac{7-13}{16}\\\\=\frac{-6}{16} \\\\=\frac{-3}{8}$

Hence , second number is -13 / 16 .
