answer is(-10/3)

given that:

sum of rational numbers is (-4)

first number is (-2/3)

let second number be x

-2/3+x=-4

x=(-4)-(-2/3)

x=-4+2/3

x=-12/3+2/3

x=(-10/3)

Answer:

let the other no. be x

then,

x + 2/3 = -5
