Let the other number be, x

x-\frac{11}{3}= -7

x= -7+ \frac{11}{3}

x= \frac{-21}{3} +\frac{11}{3}  {After finding LCM, multiply -7/1 with 3 and then u will get -21/3}

x=\frac{-10}{3}

The other number is -10/3.
