It is given that,

Sum of two rational number is ,

 =  >  \frac{13}{5}

One of them is =
 =  >  \frac{22}{5}

Let the other one be x.

So,
According to the question,

 =  >  \frac{13}{5}  =  \frac{22}{5}  + x

 =  >  \frac{13}{5}  -  \frac{22}{5}  = x

 =  > ( \frac{13 - 22}{5} ) = x

 =  >  \frac{ - 9}{5}  = x

Therefore,

The other rational number is -9/5
