p(x) = 2x^2 + Kx -3

now given,

sum of zeroes = 5. ----------(I)

now, sum of zeroes= -( coefficient of x )

_______________. -----(ii)

( coefficient of x^2)

now equating I and ii

5 = -(k)

2

5×2 = -k

10 = - k

k = -10.
