a6+ a11 = 53

a+5d+a+10d = 53 -2

2a + 15d =53 -2

subtracting eq 1 and 2

2a+9d=35

2a+15d=53

we get -6d =. -18

d=3

put value in eq1

2a + 9d = 35

2a + 9 ×3 = 35

2a+ 27 = 35

2a = 35-27

2a = 8
