the sum og digits of 2 digit no. is 12 . The number obtain by reversing the order of digit of yhe given no. exceeds the given no. by 18 .Find the 2 digit no.

Let's original number be 10x+ y

10y+ x + 18 = 10x+ y

18 = 10x - x + y - 10y

18 = 9x-9y

Each getting 2 ,
x - y = 2 ---------(1)

x + y = 12 ---------(2)

Adding both equations

2x = 14
x = 14/2 = 7

y = 12-7 = 5

So original number is 10 × 7 +5 =75
