Let smaller no is x and greater is y.

x + y = 52

x = 52 - y eq1

x / y = 3/10

Now put value of x from eq1

(52 - y)/y = 3/10

520 - 10y = 3y

520/13 = y

y = 40

put y in eq 1

x = 52 - 40 = 12

Numbers are 40 and 52.
