in this ch there is secrt agnt namely ausable who is unlike other agents. he is short and fat. on contrary he is intllignt too. a writer fowler has heard of him and wantd to write about him as he thoght he wld be a strongly built agent. he ws amusedto see ausable. lately for more info they went to his room on the 6th floor. as they entered a rival agent max was waitng for them witha pistol. he wanted the paper of the army which was with him. ausable madea story that there is a blcny attchd with his window. he convinced max to believe that there ws a window which was not. sdnly the door knocked and ausable told that it was the police who came for the protection of papers. max ran and jumped out the window where he thought woulld be a blcny but fell to death. the one who knckd at the door was the servant who had brought drinks which he ordered whn they entrd the hotl. this story shws that being calm and stealthy in adverse situation cn tk u out of the situation....
