The summary of the poem??
Hope is the thing with feathers-
That perches in the soul-
And sings the tune without the words
And never stops—at all-
And sweetest in the Gale-is heard-
And sore must be the storm-
That could abash the little Bird
That kept so many warm-
I've heard it in the chillest land-
And on the strangest Sea-
Yet, never, in Extremity,
It asked a crumb of me.

Answer:

In the poem, hope is personified into a bird wih feathers and it is said to live in our souls. The line And sings the tune without the words conveys that it does not exaggerate, it calmly stays and stays, but never stops. The storm is the phase of hardships and challenges, which is the phase where hope is threatened. The storm can abash the bird, the bird that has kept us all warm from the soul
