the sun has already risen in Arunachal Pradesh but it is still dark in Gujarat Rajasthan why

because the GMT is different form few minutes in Gujarat and Assam

The difference in time is due to the places which lies on different merdians are bound to differ
the sun rises 2 hours earlier in arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat
