The sun rises 2 hours arliar in arunahal pradesh as compared to gujarat in the west but the watches show the same time ? How does this happen

from Gujarat to Andhra Pradesh there is a time lack of 2 hours but the watches show the same time because the time along the Standard Meridian of India (82 degree 30 East )has taken from the line passing through Mirzapur in UP is it taken as a standard time for whole country because the same standard time for whole country has been adopted the watches show the same time in Arunachal Pradesh Gujarat and all parts of country.

This is because of different longitude but Same IST (Indian Standard Time).

-Arunachal Pradesh and Gujarat are located at a different longitudes. But, Both Longitudes have same Time.

As, Gujarat and Arunachal Pradesh have different longitudes, So it is found that, the Sun rises earlier in Arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat. We know that, The Time of each location in a specific country is same. Either it's Longitudes are different or any there is far distance between them. Therefore, Sunrises earlier in Arunachal Pradesh due to their different Longitudes.
