The sun rises in Ilam about half an hour earlier than in kanchanpur

Answer:

The ilam is situated in the Eastern part of the Nepal and the Kanchanpur is situated in the western part of the Nepal. And we all know that the eastern longitudes have earlier sunrises than the western longitudes. For this same reason the sunrise of ilam is earlier than the kanchanpur.
