The sun rises two hours before in Arunachal Pradesh than in the Rann of Kuchch,
Gujarat but the clocks and watches show the same time. Comment

The sun rises two hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat ,but still the watches show the same time , because the time along The Standard Meridian of India ( taken to be 82° 30′ E ) passing through Mirzapur has been taken as the standard time across the country.

its is because we take our time from IST ( indian standard time) or it is from UP mirzapur
