Answer:

The sun rises first in Arunachal Pradesh and rises last in Gujarat. It happens so because of the longitudinal extent about 30 degree between the eastern and western extemities. It causes the difference of two hours time in the sunrise in two places.

To remove the differences in timings of different areas in our country, time is decided on a central meridian in a country is 82 degree.30'E longitudeThis is the standard meridian. The time at 82 degree.32' E is taken as the Indian Standard Time.It is followed in the whole country.

And therefore the clocks show the same 4:6

Because 82 1/2 E has selected as standard Meridian of India.

There is a general understanding among the country's of the world to select the standard Meridian of a country area so 85.5 is multiple of 7.5 so it has been selected as standard Meridian.

Which means the time taken for the whole country as morning although at some places to the east of the standard Meridian is already morning at the place of the east of the standard Meridian not yet morning.

Thankyou so much friend for your points.
