the sun rises two hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat in the West but the watches show the same time how does this happen​

from Gujarat to AP there is a time lag of 2 hrs as the standard meridian of India is 82degree 30 East passing through mirzapur UP is standard time for whole country and the watches show same time
