The sun rises two hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat
in the west but the watches show the same time. How does this happen?​

It happens because in India we have Indian standard time line to which India follows , which passess through the middle of country , mirzapur in up. so time is same all over country due to standard line which is 82°30E
