the sun rises two hours earlier in arunachal pradesh as compared to gujrat in the west but the watches show the same time. how does it happen?

as the "arun"means sun and Achal means land so it its the land of rising sun in India so it gets the first rays of the sun. and then Gujarat gets the sun rays after two hours later due to the rotation of the earth

it's because time is equal in all parts of India but since arunachal is eastward the sun rises there first and then move towards west because Gujarat is far it takes sun 2hours to rise there
