The sun rises two hours earlier in arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat in the west. but the clock show the same time. how does this happen??

Because mirzapur in uttar pradesh is taken as time meridian for whole country to avoid confusion of time

Indian standard time is set according to 82 30 longitude. that's why it shows same time on complete indian territory.
