The sun rises two hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat in the west but the watches show the same time . How does this happen?​

Explanation:

Due to the climatical changes, it seem to have risen earlier... and anyway the watches are mechanically operated and they do not have these kind of advanced technology
