the sun rises two hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat in the West but the clock shows the same time how does this happen ​

This is because to avoid time confusion we had set a standard Indian time i.e the longitude which passes through allahabad.so why all the places in Indian follow the same time
