Answer:

The sun rises 2 hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh compared to Gujarat but the clock shows the same time because the time along the standard meridian of India ( 82 30°E) passing through Mirza pur in U.p is taken as the standard time for the whole country so the watches shows the same time
