Answer:

There is a time lag of about two hours between Kibithu(Arunachal Pradesh) and Ghuar Moti(Gujarat) due to difference in longitudes. But to sort this out we Indians have taken the standard meridien of India(82°30'E) as the Indian standard time. As it passes almost through the middle of India, it cuts the difference of two hours and whole India follows this same time. The Standard Meridian passes through Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.

Hope it helps!!!

:but the longitude of 82.30 E is taken as standard meridian .

This longitude is calles as indian standard time (IST) . Which shows same time in all the watches .
