Answer:

Yes,

Explanation:

This happens because it takes time for the sunlight to reach Gujrat from Arunachal pradesh. That's why it is like that and yet the time is same because the times are set according to another place. That may also be happening

This is because of different longitude and Same IST (Indian Standard Time).

Arunachal Pradesh and Gujarat are located at a different longitudes. Each Longitudes has different kind of Time. The standard meridian of India pass away through Mirzapur.

Arunachal Pradesh is not a part of Indian meridian which passes through Mirzapur. While, Gujarat is located at a different Standard meridian.

=> Gujarat lies between 68° E and 74° E longitude.

=> Arunachal Pradesh is located between 91.20° E and 97.30° E longitude

Also, Arunachal Pradesh is located at Eastern part of India. It means that, there will be very Huge distance in time.

Reason for time difference:

1) India is located at 30° longitude.

2) There are 30° longitudes between Arunachal pradesh and Gujarat.

3) 30°* 4 mins=120 mins

4) 120 Mins is equal to 2 Hours.

So, There is a 2 hours time different between Gujarat and Arunachal Pradesh.
