Answer:

We have,

Cuboid shaped box having length=80 CM, breadth=40cm and height=20cm

Now , we know that

Surface area of cuboid = 2(lb+bh+hl)

 =  {2(80 \times40 + 40 \times 20 + 20 \times 80)cm}^{2}  \\

 = 2(3200 + 800 + 1600) {cm}^{2}  \\  \\  = 2(5600) {cm}^{2}  \\  \\  =  {11200cm}^{2}

Hope it helps you from my side :)

Given :-

Length of the cuboid-shaped box = 80 cm

Breadth of the cuboid-shaped box = 40 cm

Height of the cuboid-shaped box = 20 cm

To Find :-

The surface area of cuboid-shaped box.

Analysis :-

We are given with all the three dimensions.

Substitute the values in the formula of TSA and find the surface area.

Solution :-

We know that,

l = Length

b = Breadth

h = Height

By the formula,

Total surface area = 2(lb + bh + hl)

Given that,

Length (l) = 80 cm

Breadth (b) = 40 cm

Height (h) = 20 cm

Substituting their values,

= 2[( 80) (40) + (40) (20) + (20) (80)

= 2 (3200 + 800 + 1600)

= 2 (5600)

= 11200 cm²

Therefore, the surface area of cuboid-shaped box is 11200 cm².
