• Area of one side of cube= 144cm²

area of one side of cube= area of square

area of square = s²

where the s is length of the square....

Note:- 's' would be the same for cube and square....

so, s² = 144

=> s = √ 144

=> s = 12cm

Volume of a cube = s³

=> 12³

=> 1728cm³
