Given :-

The surface area of an object = 20 m^2

Force applied on object, F = 10 Newton

To Find :-

Pressure = ??

Formula to be used :-

Pressure = Force / Area

Solution :-

Putting all the values, we get

⇒Pressure = Force / Area

⇒ Pressure = ( 10 / 20) N/m^2

⇒ Pressure = 0.5 N / m^2 or pascal

Hence, the pressure is 0.5 N/m^2 or pascal.
