• Three- bedroom houses - £287 695
• Two- bedroom houses -£207 830
The builder wants to make a nice profit when he sells his houses so for the asking price of each house, he has decided to charge the following:
a) Four- bedroom: building cost + 20%
b) Three-bedroom: building cost + 10%
c) Two-bedroom: building cost + 25%

Work out the asking price of each type of house.
