The symplast pathway in plants is the inner side of the plasma membrane in which water and low-moleculer-weight
solutes can freely diffuse.Symplast cell have more than one nucleus.the plasmodesmata allow the direct flow of small molecules such as sugar,amino acid,and ions between cells.
