  • T-lymphocytes are produced from hematopoietic stem cells inside the bone marrow.
  • But it is sent to thymus for differentiation. Hence, T in T-lymphocytes.
  • T-lymphocytes are basic requirement for cellular immunity.
  • They are divided into - helper T-cells, cytotoxic T-cells, regulating T-cells.
