okay so I will solve this by class 10 method

So let's begin
$\frac{class \: intervals}{5 - 10} \\ 10 - 15 \\ 15 - 20 \\ 20 - 25 \\ 25 - 30 \\ 30 - 35 \\ 35 - 40 \\ 40 - 45 \\ 45 - 50$
Total frequency is given 280

Now From median formula
lower limit + number of frequency/2- commutative frequency divided by frequency × class size

let's take the median class is 25-30
so lower limit of the median class 25
N/2= 280/2 = 140
