Given : number of baked goods made by the Tasty Bakery during the month of June.

They made more loaves of bread than muffins but fewer loaves of bread than donuts.

To Find :  a possible number of loaves of bread the bakery could have made.

Solution:

Baked goods   Number made

Donuts              10884

Bagels               12600

Muffins              10840

loaves of bread = x

more loaves of bread than muffins

=>  x > 10840

fewer loaves of bread than donuts.

=> x < 10884

=> 10840 < x < 10844

Hence x = { 10841 , 10842 , 10843}

possible number of loaves of bread the bakery could have made.  are :

{ 10841 , 10842 , 10843}
